SARAH BERRY – HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACH BIOGRAPHY

I empower growth-minded women to overcome addictive thinking and find inner peace through holistic wellness practices. I also struggled with addiction and disordered eating for more than half my life. Overtime, I learned how to develop a healthy relationship with my body as well as food and exercise. I learned that it all begins with self-love. Having experienced this, I am now able to understand individuals who have walked a similar path on a more intimate level. I am a dedicated Mom and health and wellness practitioner, who offers holistic and innovative health, mindset, nutrition and exercise coaching services for women ages 30-40.
